“Whole Foods For Busy People”

This is a fun class for people on the go who would like to eat better but don’t feel they have the time or the know-how. Each evening includes 3 courses plus snacks - we start with a smoothie that can be made for breakfast or any time of the day. The second course is a soup that can be made in 30 minutes and is great for lunches. The third course is a super luscious pasta or grain dish with greens and a salad. The goal is to send you home with simple recipes and techniques that will give you the confidence to make fantastically good and good for you food even in the midst of your busy schedule.

$45 - includes three course meal with hands on instruction and recipes, all non-gluten, non dairy, and vegan
